Domaine de la Falaise in Petite-Rivière-Saint-François is a new development characterized by magnificent wooded lots overlooking the St. Lawrence River. Our job was to craft a visual identity for the project’s website and promotional tools as well as to plan and produce advertising.

Reaching a highly select clientele.

To capture the attention of this high-end niche clientele, Oasis relied on the power of images to convey the breathtaking beauty of the site and establish the spectacular environment as an investment guarantee. The strategic angle we adopted for the project was simple: touch the hearts and minds of the target clientele.

Results

The initiatives we implemented provided the Domaine de la Falaise sales team with the right tools and promotional material to convey the nature of the real estate project and communicate its selling points for the target clientele.
